  Director of Engineering
You must be a good communicator with the ability to lead a 5 person engineering group in the US. The client is a profitable $25 million firm, coming of f their best sales year in history. They manufacture custom store fixtures for a variety of retail purposes. You must have experience in all facets of custom store fixtures design, prototyping, product development and engineering. You'll  interact closely with the entire manufacturing, sales  and project management staff. You must have a background in either wood store fixtures, furniture, or cabinetry and casework and managing an engineering department. You must have Auto Cad experience, preferably 3D modeling with either Inventor or Solid Works. A degree is a plus.
