  Creative Director
Established decor/displays/signage provider is looking for a Creative Director to lead a talented department of 4 designers, draftsman, etc. You will have at least 5 years of experience managing design departments in companies that make create retail environments for supermarkets, or big-box stores. You must have 3D rendering knowledge and an ability to lead a department in developing cost effective designs. There will be ample client interaction, so good communications skills are important int his role. Being able to interpret the client's needs and explain designs in layman's terms will be an important skill-set. You will manage all design, and prototyping during concept development and production.
